Log Into Specright Before You Theorycraft
Specright login dashboards now sync your Warband’s gear slots in real time. Use it as a starting point: snapshot every slot, flag gaps, and tag the character responsible. Then link the dashboard inside our community workspace so the team can witness progress.
Turn Slots Into Stories
Write a one-line purpose for each slot. "Helm: anchors CallPotential crit window." "Belt: shares Turbo Boost charges with the alt roster." When you pen the narrative, you force clarity. Post the summary in the class guide index and invite feedback.
Revisit After Each Reset
Set a weekly reminder to revisit your slots guide after Nightfall weapon rotations shift. Update the Specright board, rephrase the intent, and celebrate completions. Leadership is a cycle, not a slide deck.
