Blizzard reworked racials for Forever: every race gets two active and two passive abilities, tuned so the offensive value is comparable while the signature utility stays. This is all of them, 40 abilities across 10 races including both Skyborne factions, plus the Priest class racials. Hover a name for the Wowhead tooltip; the text underneath is what the demo showed, and it wins where the two differ.
Instant, 3 min cooldown. Increases Attack Power and Spell Power by 10% for 15 sec. Cooldown raised from 2 min in the October 15 beta build.
Shatter CurseActiveChanged
Instant, 3 min cooldown. Removes all Curses and Banes, and reduces all Magical damage taken by 5% for 8 sec. The October 15 beta build swapped the immunity for a dispel and cut the reduction from 15%.

CommandPassiveChanged
+5% damage dealt by Hunter and Warlock pets. The Classic racial, re-added in the October 26 final pass in place of Savage (1% crit), which lasted eleven days.
5 yd, 2 min cooldown. Regenerates 7% of total Health and 7% of total Mana every 2 sec for 10 sec from a Humanoid or Undead corpse; moving, acting or taking damage cancels it.
Your spells and attacks can drain Health from the target: 30% chance for casters, 20% for Paladins, Rogues and Warriors, with a 25 sec internal cooldown. Only damaging abilities trigger it, and it no longer breaks crowd control. Changed in the October 15 beta build.
15 min cooldown. Grow bonus herbs without Herbalism; each herb needs player level equal to its skill requirement divided by 5. Changed in the October 15 beta build.
PlainsrunningPassiveChanged
Gain 2% movement speed per stack the longer you keep moving, up to 60%. No longer increases mounted speed. You must keep moving a minimum distance per second, so stutter-stepping no longer holds it, and taking damage or stopping drops stacks. Doubled from 1% per stack and 30% in the October 26 final pass, which also removed the 3% mounted speed.
+5% total Health, nothing else. The October 15 beta build swapped the old 1% Hit Chance for 2% critical damage and healing; the October 26 final pass removed that too.
20% of Health regen continues in combat. Raised from 10% in the October 15 beta build.

0.5 sec cast, 2 min cooldown, castable while moving. +15% movement speed for 15 sec. Using it at an elemental convergence grants Charged for 1 hour, which raises each Skysight to 30%. Charged persists through death. Reworked in the October 26 final pass from a 10% buff that lasted 15 min near a convergence.

Instant, 2 min cooldown. Escape any movement impairing effect and gain immunity to them for 3 sec.
Eureka!ActiveChanged
Instant, 2 min cooldown. For 8 sec, your non-periodic damaging or healing abilities cost 10% less Mana, Rage or Energy and do 10% more damage or healing. Also works on Power Word: Shield. The October 15 beta build replaced the 3 charges with the 8 sec window; the demo had a 50% discount.

How to read this
Ability text was read off the BlizzCon demo footage and Blizzard's Deep Dive slides. "Changed" means the demo text differs from Classic 1.12. "New" means the ability did not exist in Classic. Numbers will move in beta. Abilities changed by the October 15 beta build (the weapon specialization racials became Ruthless, Savage and Earth Fury) and the October 26 final pass (Savage became Command, Earth Fury became Artisan's Precision, and Human, Tauren and Skyborne were retuned) are updated from Blizzard's patch notes; see the October 26 pass and the October 15 rework.
Wowhead tooltips point at Wowhead's Forever database, which is being filled in as the beta goes. For several reworked racials it still shows the Classic version (hover Blood Fury and compare), so where the two disagree, trust the demo text on this page. Where a spell is not on Wowhead yet, only the demo text is shown.
