Stat Priority
1
Agility
Primary stat — always prioritize item level. Higher ilvl means more Agility.
2
Versatility
Flat damage increase and damage reduction. Top secondary for Windwalker in most gear sets.
3
Critical Strike
Increases critical strike chance. Strong value for burst windows and synergizes well with cooldowns.
4
Mastery
Mastery: Combo Strikes increases damage of abilities that are not repeated. Rewards varied rotation play.
5
Haste
Reduces GCD and cooldowns. Lower priority than other stats but still useful for smoother gameplay.
Rotation Priority
1
Primary burst cooldown. Reduces Chi costs by 1, resets Rising Sun Kick, and grants 2 Chi. Line up with Invoke Xuen for burst windows.

Use on cooldown. Summons a tiger effigy for 20 seconds. Pair with Zenith for burst windows.
3
Use on cooldown against bosses for massive damage. Pairs well with burst windows.
4
Use on cooldown. Strong damage ability that hits all targets in front of you.
5
Use on cooldown. Channeled AoE that deals massive damage. Do not clip early.
6
Use when both Fists of Fury and Rising Sun Kick are on cooldown. Strong burst AoE.
7
Use on cooldown. High-priority single-target ability.
8
Primary Chi spender between other cooldowns. Never repeat the same ability twice in a row due to Mastery: Combo Strikes.
9
Use on 3+ targets. Can proc Dance of Chi-Ji for free casts. Gains bonus damage from Mark of the Crane stacks.

Chi generator. Procs Combo Breaker for free Blackout Kick and builds Teachings of the Monastery stacks.
