Rotation Priority

Pillar of Frost
Use with your planned burst window and align other offensive cooldowns with it.

Reaper's Mark
Apply early in Deathbringer builds so the mark and its follow-up effects land inside burst.

Breath of Sindragosa
Begin only with enough Runic Power and rune income to sustain the channel.

Obliterate
Consume Killing Machine procs promptly and use it as the main rune spender.
