Rotation Priority

Ebon Might
Maintain it through Eruption and empowered spells; do not let the buff lapse unnecessarily.

Prescience
Avoid capping charges and place it on strong damage dealers when possible.

Breath of Eons
Use on cooldown when allies can contribute damage into its window.

Fire Breath
Empower at the highest useful rank and use it to extend Ebon Might.

Upheaval
Use on cooldown at the appropriate empower rank and extend Ebon Might.

Eruption
Spend Essence while Ebon Might is active or when Essence Burst would be wasted.

Blistering Scales
Keep active on a tank who is consistently taking melee hits.
