Raid Single Target (Fatebound)

Maximum single-target damage for raid encounters. Fatebound coin mechanics provide strong burst windows and consistent damage through lucky coin stacking and Between the Eyes amplification.

When to use: Use for all raid bosses where single-target damage is the priority. This is the default raid build for most encounters.

Mythic+ AoE (Trickster)

Optimized for AoE and cleave in Mythic+ dungeons. Trickster provides burst AoE through Unseen Blade procs and Blade Flurry cleave, with strong funnel damage via Killing Spree.

When to use: Use if Trickster is tuned higher or you prefer a less RNG-dependent playstyle. Sim your character to compare with Fatebound.

Stat Priority

Agility

Primary stat — always prioritize item level. Higher ilvl means more Agility.

Haste

Increases energy regeneration and attack speed. Best secondary stat for Outlaw due to energy-hungry rotation.

Versatility

Flat damage increase and damage reduction. Strong for Outlaw due to even scaling across all abilities.

Critical Strike

Increases chance to critically strike. Good synergy with Between the Eyes auto-crit mechanic.

Mastery

Increases main-hand damage dealt. Lowest priority as it does not affect off-hand or spell damage.

Rotation Priority

Adrenaline Rush

Use on pull and on cooldown. Major damage cooldown that doubles energy regeneration.

Roll the Bones

Maintain at all times. With Keep It Rolling, extend strong buffs rather than rerolling.

Between the Eyes

Use at max combo points on cooldown. Applies a critical strike debuff to the target.

Killing Spree

Use on cooldown during Adrenaline Rush for maximum burst. Teleports between nearby targets.

Blade Flurry

Activate when 2+ targets are stacked. Cleaves your damage to nearby enemies.

Dispatch

Primary finisher at 5-6 combo points. Use instead of Between the Eyes when BtE is on cooldown.

Sinister Strike

Primary combo point builder. Has a chance to strike an additional time for extra combo points.
