Talent Builds
Stat Priority
1
Strength
Primary stat — always prioritize item level. Higher ilvl means more Strength.
2
Haste
Reduces GCD and increases auto-attack speed. Best secondary stat for rage generation and Enrage uptime.
3
Mastery
Increases damage dealt while Enraged (Unshackled Fury). Strong scaling when Enrage uptime is high.
4
Critical Strike
Increases critical strike chance. Synergizes with Bloodthirst for Enrage procs.
5
Versatility
Flat damage increase and damage reduction. Lowest priority DPS stat but valuable for survivability.
Rotation Priority
1
Use on pull and on cooldown. Major damage cooldown that guarantees critical strikes on Rampage.
2
Use with Recklessness for maximum burst. Increases damage dealt and generates rage.
3
Use at 80+ rage or during Recklessness. Triggers Enrage for increased damage and attack speed.
4
Use on cooldown during Enrage. Deals massive AoE damage in a frontal cone.
5
Use on cooldown. Whirlwind-like AoE that generates rage and deals sustained damage.
6
Use on targets below 35% HP or on Sudden Death procs. Extremely high damage finisher.
7
Primary rage generator. Use on cooldown, especially during Enrage for empowered strikes.
8
Use on cooldown for rage generation and Enrage procs. Heals for a small percentage of max HP.
9
Use on cooldown for burst AoE. Immune to CC during channel. Higher priority on multi-target.
