Allows you to use Two-Handed Axes and Two-Handed Maces. - Improved Weapon Totems (2 ranks)
Increases the melee attack power bonus of your Windfury Totem by 15% and increases the damage caused by your Flametongue Totem by 6%. - Weapon Mastery (5 ranks)
Increases the damage you deal with all weapons by 2%.
