Raid Single Target (Stormbringer)

Maximum single-target damage for raid encounters. Stormbringer enhances Stormstrike procs with Tempest and provides consistent burst through Ascendance and Doom Winds windows.

When to use: Use for all Mythic+ dungeons. Strong sustained AoE with Crash Lightning and Sundering, plus totem synergies for pack damage.

Stat Priority

Agility

Primary stat — always prioritize item level. Higher ilvl means more Agility.

Haste

Increases attack speed and reduces GCD. Best secondary stat for Enhancement due to Maelstrom Weapon generation.

Mastery

Increases the chance and damage of Elemental Spirits procs on your attacks. Strong for sustained damage.

Critical Strike

Increases chance to critically strike. Synergizes well with Stormstrike and Lava Lash burst windows.

Versatility

Flat damage increase and damage reduction. Lowest priority DPS stat but valuable for survivability.

Rotation Priority

Feral Spirit

Use on pull and on cooldown. Summons spirit wolves that deal damage and grant Maelstrom Weapon stacks.

Doom Winds

Use on cooldown, ideally with Feral Spirit. Grants Windfury Weapon procs on every attack.

Ascendance

Use during Doom Winds for maximum burst. Stormstrike becomes Windstrike with reduced cooldown.

Stormstrike

Highest priority melee ability. Use on cooldown and on Stormsurge procs for reset chances.

Elemental Blast

Use at 5+ Maelstrom Weapon stacks. High damage spender that grants a secondary stat buff.

Sundering

Use on cooldown. Strong AoE ability that also deals solid single-target damage.

Lava Lash

Use on cooldown or on Hot Hand procs. Spreads Flame Shock to nearby targets.
