Stat Priority

Intellect
Primary stat -- always prioritize item level. Higher ilvl means more Intellect and stronger heals.

Haste
Reduces cast times and GCD. Best secondary stat for faster Healing Wave casts and more Riptide ticks.
3
Mastery
Increases healing on low-health targets (Deep Healing). Extremely powerful in progression and high-damage scenarios.
4
Versatility
Flat healing increase and damage reduction. Strong consistent value for both healing output and survivability.
5
Critical Strike
Increases chance to critically heal. Lowest priority as Mastery provides more reliable throughput on damaged targets.
Rotation Priority
1
Maintain on as many targets as possible. Your most efficient heal and feeds Cloudburst Totem.
2
Place on stacked groups before damage events. Maintain uptime during sustained damage phases.
3
Major raid cooldown. Use during heavy raid-wide damage. Coordinate with other healer cooldowns.
4
Redistributes health among allies within its radius. Use during dangerous burst damage on a stacked group.
5
Reactivate Healing Rain to cast a solid AoE heal inside of it. Use during heavy group damage for burst healing.
6
Use when 3+ targets are injured and stacked. Strong throughput spell that bounces between allies.
7
Use on cooldown before Chain Heal or Riptide. Buffs next heal and reduces Riptide/Chain Heal cast time by 30%.
8
Efficient single-target heal. Use Tidal Waves procs for faster casts on priority targets.
9
Major throughput cooldown. Enhances Chain Heal jumps and guarantees Healing Wave critical strikes for 15 seconds.
